Ante JOZIĆ
Born in Trilj (Croatia) on 16 January 1967. Ordained priest on 28 June 1992 and incardinated in Archdiocese of Split-Makarska (Croatia). Entered the Pontifical Ecclesiastical and Diplomatic Academy on l October 1995. Received Doctorate in Utroque Iure at the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome on 28 June 1999. Entered the Diplomatic Service of the Holy See (Vatican) on 1 July 1999. Served at the following Apostolic Nunciatures: India (1999-2003), Russian Federation (2003-2009) and Hong Kong-China (2009-2019). Appointed as Apostolic Nuncio to Ivory Coast on 2 February 2019 and elevated as Archbishop of the Titular Diocese of Cissa. Appointed as Apostolic Nuncio to Belarus from 2020 to 2024. Appointed as Apostolic Nuncio to Georgia and Armenia on 28 June 2024 10. Foreign languages: English, Italian, Russian, Spanish, French, Chinese.
